I've been burned by an agency before. Why would this be different?

There's no lock-in contract. It's month to month, you work with me directly, and you get clear numbers on leads and sales, not just clicks. If it isn't working, you can see it and you can leave.

What does it cost?

Every business is different, so we agree the monthly fee on the call, before anything starts. It's month to month with no lock-in. Ad spend is separate: you pay the platforms directly and stay in control of the budget.

Can't I just do it myself, or pick something cheaper?

You can. HotLead, my app, lets you do exactly that for US$149 a month plus a US$149 one-time setup. The partnership is for owners who'd rather have someone run it. If it isn't right for you, I'll say so on the call.

I don't have time to be involved. Is that a problem?

You don't need much time. I run the marketing; you speak to customers and do the work. After setup it's mainly answering leads from your phone and a monthly review with me. Someone in your business does need to reply to leads quickly.

What if it doesn't work for my kind of business?

We start by working out who buys from you and where they are. If I don't believe a partnership will pay off for you, I'll tell you honestly on the first call. I can't promise a set number of leads or sales.
